Booking Policies

By scheduling, purchasing, or using services provided by Structora Media ("Structora Media," "we," "our," or "us"), the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Property Readiness
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the property is fully prepared and camera-ready prior to the beginning of the scheduled appointment window. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, decluttering, staging, landscaping, and any other desired preparation.
Clients are encouraged to provide homeowners and occupants with Structora Media's Property Preparation Guide prior to the appointment.
If the property is not ready upon arrival, Structora Media may photograph or film the property "as-is" or, at our discretion, reschedule the appointment. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled appointments caused by property readiness issues.
2. Property Access and Permissions
The Client is responsible for ensuring lawful access to the property and obtaining any permissions, approvals, or authorizations necessary for photography, videography, drone operations, and media distribution.
The Client represents that they have authority to authorize the creation and use of media depicting the property.
Structora Media shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional costs resulting from denied access, lockouts, unavailable occupants, or missing permissions.
3. Order Accuracy
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including:
Property address
Contact information
Property type
Requested services
Access instructions
Special requests
Pricing is based on a single residential dwelling unless otherwise stated. Commercial properties, multifamily properties, large estates, vacant land, or specialty properties may require a custom quote.
4. Creative Judgment
Structora Media welcomes input regarding important features and preferred marketing highlights.
Absent specific direction from the Client, Structora Media will use professional judgment to determine shooting angles, composition, editing style, sequencing, and final media selection.
Creative decisions made by Structora Media shall be deemed accepted upon delivery unless a technical error is identified.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
If an appointment cannot be completed due to weather, FAA restrictions, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside the Client's control, the cancellation fee may be waived and the appointment rescheduled.
Structora Media reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Drone Operations
Drone services are subject to:
FAA regulations
Airspace restrictions
Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)
Weather conditions
Safe operating conditions
Property-specific obstacles and hazards
Structora Media cannot guarantee drone availability at every property.
If drone services cannot be performed safely or legally, the drone portion of the service may be rescheduled, substituted, credited, or refunded at Structora Media's discretion.
7. Delivery Times

Hosted Agent Introductions
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by technical issues, weather, volume, or circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute breach of this Agreement.
8. Revisions and Corrections
Delivered media is considered final upon delivery.
Requests to correct technical errors made by Structora Media will be addressed at no additional charge.
Requests for creative changes, additional editing, virtual modifications, re-shoots, or revisions beyond correction of technical errors may incur additional fees.
9. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due upon receipt.
Accounts with balances outstanding more than 15 days may incur a $25 monthly late fee.
Structora Media reserves the right to suspend access to hosted media, withhold future services, and decline future bookings until outstanding balances are paid.
Accounts remaining unpaid for more than 90 days may be referred to collections or legal recovery proceedings.
The Client shall be responsible for any reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees and court costs where permitted by law.
10. Hosting
Structora Media will maintain hosted media, property websites, and related hosted assets for a minimum of one (1) year from the appointment date.
Structora Media does not guarantee permanent hosting and reserves the right to remove hosted content after the hosting period expires.
Clients are encouraged to download and archive all delivered media.
11. Copyright and Ownership
All photographs, videos, floor plans, graphics, audio, and other media created by Structora Media remain the exclusive intellectual property of Structora Media and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Client.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Structora Media.
12. License for Marketing Use
Upon full payment, Structora Media grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered media for:
Marketing the subject property
Marketing the Client's real estate business
Brokerage marketing
MLS listings
Real estate portals and advertising platforms
This license does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, modification, or commercial licensing of the media without prior written consent from Structora Media.
The license applies only to the Client and the specific listing for which the media was created.
13. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Structora Media reserves the right to use any media created under this Agreement for:
Portfolio display
Website content
Social media
Advertising
Marketing materials
Educational purposes
Industry awards and competitions
If a property requires confidentiality, written notice must be provided prior to the appointment and approved by Structora Media.
14. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Structora Media, its owners, contractors, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
Unauthorized property access
Failure to obtain necessary permissions
Inaccurate information provided by the Client
Violation of third-party rights
Client misuse of delivered media
15. Limitation of Liability
Structora Media's total liability arising out of or relating to any services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall Structora Media be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost commissions, business interruption, or loss of marketing opportunities.
16. Force Majeure
Structora Media shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, power outages, internet outages, FAA restrictions, equipment failure, labor disputes, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located within San Diego County, California.
18. Acceptance
By scheduling services, placing an order, accepting delivery, or making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
